General Booking Conditions
Dear Guest,
Here at in de aap we have several house rules that we would like to make clear wit you.
- When you book a room with us you will receive this confirmation of your arrangements. Within 5 days of this confirmation we ask you to pay 50% of the total value of your stay. When you pay via bank, please note your name, your booked room and the dates you are staying.
- If you cancel your booking with 4 weeks of your expected date of arrival you will be charged 100% of the anticipated fee. Therefore we recommend that you have a cancellation insurance.
- If you stay for less than 2 nights we charge 25 euro extra.
- Prices of the apartments Finca and Casita are based on 2 people staying, is including your breakfast but excluding the tourist tax of 1,25 per person per night.
- Prices of casa de familia are based on 2 people staying, includes you breakfast but excluding the tourist tax of 1,25 per person per night. Every extra adult is 25 euro’s per night. For children we have special prices.
